Last night at the Oscars, Chris Rock made a joke about Jada Smith, Will Smith’s wife.  

Stick with me, I have a trading point to make here…

Big Willy didn’t react well to the joke – which referenced his wife’s battle with alopecia – a medical condition that causes her hair to fall out.  

If you aren’t familiar with the story – Will stood up, walked on stage, and slapped Chris Rock “in front of God and everyone,” as they say down here in the South.  

When I saw the slap, my first thought was ”that’s what the market has been doing to investors for 3 months now!”
