AMD hit a low of $83.25 this morning; that would be down some 25% since its strong earnings report two weeks ago and down some 50% from last December’s high.

I think this name also became a source of funding and it looks like the selling is letting up as the stock is stabilizing off the lows.

Let’s use a bull put spread.

Risk management is a drop below $83 will trigger an exit.
